{"id":1786,"date":"2022-03-31T11:38:24","date_gmt":"2022-03-31T11:38:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/transportersystems.com\/blog\/?p=1786"},"modified":"2022-04-06T11:50:29","modified_gmt":"2022-04-06T11:50:29","slug":"wms-primavera-eye-peak-dashboard-bi-in-warehouse-management","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/transportersystems.com\/blog\/en\/wms-primavera-eye-peak-dashboard-bi-in-warehouse-management\/","title":{"rendered":"WMS Primavera Eye Peak Dashboard BI in Warehouse Management"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<h2>WMS Primavera Eye Peak Dashboard BI in Warehouse Management \u2013\u00a0<strong>Work in progress<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The last decades have shown an increase in companies&#8217; demand for knowledge and information, for example for the implementation of successful strategies, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement of processes, product innovation and organizational performance measurement.<\/p>\r\n<p>Thus, organizations have started to invest in tools that allow using existing data in companies and transform them into relevant and useful information for decision-making, allowing the organizations to be more competitive and flexible, which are very important success&#8217; factors in today&#8217;s economy.<\/p>\r\n<p>With this said, this thesis presents a <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Dashboard\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dashboard<\/a> that contains key performance indicators in order to allow any warehouse manager to quickly analyze their business. This dashboard will be developed using a <a href=\"https:\/\/transportersystems.com\/business-intelligence-eng.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Business Intelligence<\/a> (BI) tool called Power BI and based on data recorded in <a href=\"https:\/\/transportersystems.com\/software-eyepeak-warehouse-software.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Eye Peak<\/a>, a Warehouse Management System (WMS) widely used in Portugal, product of Primavera&#8217;s Portfolio.
